Ms. Eleanor Kam
Head of Ageing Innovation
New World Development Company Limited
Ms. Eleanor Kam is a registered social worker graduated from the University of Hong Kong. She had worked in the Social Welfare Department, the Hong Kong Society for the Aged, and the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for over 30 years and accumulated ample experience in administration, financial management, planning and development of all kinds of social services; in particular elderly services, as well as social enterprises. In view of the surge of ageing population in Hong Kong and a market niche for high quality elderly services in the society, Ms. Kam joined the New World Development Company Limited in 2015 to establish a brand-new business unit – Ageing Innovation and has created the brand of Humansa under which a wide spectrum of bespoke and innovative ageing services have already been launched.
