A graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic and the University of Kent in the UK, Mr Lee consolidated his studies with Sales and Marketing assignments in Hong Kong and Beijing before being appointed Director of Marketing at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in 2002 and Resident Manager in 2005. In 2009, Mr Lee was appointed Director of Marketing – Asia Pacific, Hyatt International. Before Mr Lee’s appointment as General Manager of Andaz Shanghai from 2011 to 2013, Mr Lee was Director of Global Sales – Asia Pacific, Hyatt International. Mr Lee is currently the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, Adjunct Associate Professor, School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Hotels Association and Chairman of SMART Hotel Development Sub-Committee.
