Monica Lee-Müller has been the Managing Director of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited (HML) since July 2012. HML is the professional private company with 950 staff, responsible for the management and operation of the 306,000 square-metre Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which hosts about 1,100 events every year. Ms Lee-Müller is a proven veteran in the hospitality industry for 30 years and joined HML in 1994. Ms Lee-Müller is currently a Board Member of UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, an Executive Committee member of Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Industry Association, and a member of the Working Group on Convention and Exhibition Industries and Tourism under the Economic Development Commission of the HKSAR Government. She also serves as a chairperson or member of several advisory committees of local education institutes.

With more than 25 years of hospitality and exhibition experience, Maurice was Director of Food & Beverage at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre leading a team of 350 professionals responsible for F&B event planning, significant international events such as The Sixth WTO Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong, ART BASEL, VINEXPO, Asia Pacific and opening project of Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre as well as the Expansion Project of HKCEC in 2006. He was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong before, participated in a number of Open Project in Hawaii, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Germany, Brunei and Mainland China. Maurice studied Hotel & Catering Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Besides, he also awarded a scholarship by Hong Kong Hotel Association to further study in the University of Hawaii.
As the Operation Director (Hong Kong) of K11 Concepts Limited, Ms. Woo in-charges of overall operations, marketing, leasing and art project of Hong Kong K11, as well as the operations and business development for K11 retail shops – K11 Design Store, K11 Select and K11 Natural in Hong Kong. Prior to K11, Ms. Woo was the Corporate Affair Director for New World Department Store. Since joining K11 in 2013, Ms. Woo has well blended art and commerce into K11 campaigns; K11 was awarded the “HKMA/TVB Awards for Marketing Excellence” in 2015 & 2017, K11 Natural was recognized as disruptive new business innovation for millennial entrepreneur, received Excellence Award and Citation for Innovation Award. Ms. Woo holds an Associate Degree in Arts from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from University of Technology, Sydney, majoring in Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Mr. Quentin Wong, joined Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited in 2012, was appointed as a general manager of the E-commerce Centre in 2014. Mr. Wong is responsible for the Group’s e-commerce operation and online-to-offline (O2O) strategies in Mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas markets. Mr. Wong has diverse experience in both e-commerce and innovation for the retail industry. He is also a deputy general manager of Qianhai Chow Tai Fook Global Goods Shopping Centre (CTFHOKO), a pioneering O2O retail concept and a hybrid model of cross-border e-commerce and physical stores and malls which offer quality products and Hong Kong style services to customers in Mainland China. Mr. Wong has substantial experience in finance and accounting. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretary.

Jeff is a Hong Kong Registered Architect and a Fellow Member of HKIA. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1985 and has been working in the local building industry for more than 30 years, in which more than 10 years in Private Development sector. He has extensive experience in the design and project management of many commercial and hotel projects throughout his career. Jeff is the Senior Project Director of the Project Management Department of New World Development Co. Ltd, and he is currently managing the remodeling of New World Centre into Victoria Dockside in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Ir Francis Leung is the Founding Chairman of The Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling. He is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Registered Structural Engineer. Ir Leung has been developing BIM from an engineering consultant perspective and now in an enterprise approach. In New World, a BIM team is established for the BIM modelling and information management as well as the development of BIM Standards and Workflow.

Ellie Tang is currently Assistant General Manager of Sustainability at New World Development Company Limited, responsible for integrating sustainability into the Group’s business operations and risk management, with an aim to deliver an artisanal living experience. Ellie’s sustainability experience covers strategy and planning, environmental management, ESG reporting, carbon credit project development, and stakeholder management. She was previously the Asia Pacific Coordinator of the “HSBC Water Programme” – a global USD100m environmental partnership to improve fresh water and sanitation, policy support, and community livelihoods. Ellie graduated from Emory University and holds an MPA from Columbia University. A holistic sustainability practitioner, Ellie is also a certified health coach, a Rotarian, and a marathoner runner.

Mr. Jimmy Tao is a serial entrepreneur. He feels very fortunate to work in Vitargent, a company that has the privilege of empowering the lives of millions of consumers each and every day to choose safer products. His personal interest and motivation has always been in working with innovative technologies and bright minds to make a world a better place. He is a guest lecturer in universities sharing his experience as a seasoned entrepreneur and mentoring over 20 local and international students who want to start their businesses with social missions all over the world. Ms. Eleanor Kam is a registered social worker graduated from the University of Hong Kong. She had worked in the Social Welfare Department, the Hong Kong Society for the Aged, and the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for over 30 years and accumulated ample experience in administration, financial management, planning and development of all kinds of social services; in particular elderly services, as well as self-financing services and social enterprises. In view of the surge of ageing population in Hong Kong and the absence of high quality elderly services in the private market, Ms. Kam joined the New World Development Company Limited in 2015 to establish a brand-new business unit – Ageing Innovation and launch bespoke and innovative ageing services to fill the gap in the market.

Prior to that, Matthew was regional head of Digital marketing, CRM & ecommerce in different luxury brands in APAC. He is a passionate advocate for disruptive customer experience technology which advances business development, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. Besides served as council member and Vice President at The Hong Kong Computer Society, Mr. Chan has also held advisory committee roles for different retail, digital & startup associations across the region.

Mr. Bridle has more than three decades experience in the global hotel industry, with positions held in Asia, Europe and Africa. His 18-year tenure at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts included senior corporate management positions in development and operations, including as chief operating officer. He also held several general manager posts at leading Shangri-La hotels. A British national, Mr. Bridle previously worked with Southern Sun Hotels and Westin Hotels in South Africa and in luxury hotels in Switzerland and Bermuda.
